She trained as a financial economist in Milan in 1999 and then continued her studies in Cambridge, United Kingdom. After over ten years of financial career in the City of London, she returned with her family to Italy in 2012.

In 2015 Elisa started her journey in the garden design profession, firmed up with a Master in Garden Design from the Italian Design institute successfully attended in 2019. Elisa is a partner of Agribest Italia, a family company focused on innovative plant nutrition, with a line of bio-stimulant products that can also be used in organic farming. In March 2020 GARDEN Elite design studio was officially launched.

Member of the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society), Elisa has also recently obtained the English qualification: “RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Garden Planning, Establishment and Maintenance”.
